Eligibility for entry:
Current members, that is individuals who have paid their membership fee for the calendar year of the show, are eligible to enter quilts into the show. The member must have been a participant in the creation of the quilt top or currently own the quilt.
Group displays: Displays with multiple entries may be hung together.
Children’s entries: A child of 15 or under may enter into the children’s category. The child must be a relative (son, daughter, grandchild, niece, or nephew) of a current paid member in order to enter a quilt in the show.
Registration deadlines will be determined and registration forms will be provided by the Quilt Show Committee. All entries must adhere to the designated deadlines. Registration forms for all entries must be filled out correctly and completely for a quilt to be accepted and displayed.
No quilt may be entered into the quilt show that was entered into a previous SCHQ quilt show.
Other considerations:
Members may sell their entry by including information in the “write-up” portion of their registration form.

- Members are responsible for including their contact information in the write-up. Sale prices will not be advertised. Quilt show signage will only state that the quilt is available for sale and provide the members contact information. Members must be aware that St. Cloud Heritage Quilters, it’s officers, members of the Quilt Show Committee and volunteers who help type and print the write-ups are not responsible for any errors or typos.
- Additionally, St. Cloud Heritage Quilters, it’s officers, members of the Quilt Show Committee and volunteers are not responsible for any monetary exchange between the member and a purchaser.
- Sold quilts may not be removed during the quilt show.
- Any member who sells a quilt entry is solely responsible for arranging delivery to the buyer after the show.
